PHNCF is the sole fundraising arm of the Primary Health Network. Through targeted individual campaigns, special events, and grant seeking, PHNCF raises funds to build and maintain programs that increase access to healthcare services in PHN’s service areas. Foundation staff members maintain ongoing relationships with donors and ensure that all gifts are utilized according to their wishes. Every gift, large or small, helps people in our communities receive the healthcare they need.
