The PHN Charitable Foundation will support the efforts of the Primary Health Network, to build and sustain programs in the PHN service area that increase access to healthcare services and assist, through scholarships the pursuit of medical and allied health careers."

    Run Run Rudolph 5K

    The Primary Health Network Charitable Foundation (PHNCF) is hosting a Christmas in July themed walk/run. Breakfast will be provided for this family-friendly event, and each participant will receive a T-shirt (while supplies last). Sizing for shirts is first come, first served. Those wishing to wear some festive Christmas apparel will be eligible for a costume contest, so get out those red suits and sleigh bells! There are 13 age groups for prizes, so chances for a medal are high! The top male and female will also receive awards. A DJ will provide entertainment, as well. We invite you to join us for some festive fitness fun! It’s all the holiday cheer with none of the wintery chill. All proceeds benefit the programs of the PHNCF.

    Shamrock 'N Run 5K Walk & Run

    The Shamrock 'N' Run is a family fun 5k run/walk. It will be hosted by the Primary Health Network Charitable Foundation and Laurel Technical Institute. Registration for event starts at 8:00am at Tully's in downtown Sharon, Pennsylvania.


  • The Primary Health Network Charitable Foundation and CYS of Mercer County will be hosting a mentoring workshop for young adults to help them with skills such as Resume Building, College Preparation, Financial Planning and more. Sessions are available for youth ages 16-18.

  • The Primary Health Network Charitable Foundation (PHNCF) hosted its 7th annual Snowball Crawl on Saturday, February 28th. With more than 500 participants and 50 volunteers this year’s Snowball Crawl was a huge success. The support of our community, sponsors, and security made this event another exciting and fun-filled year!

  • The Primary Health Network Charitable Foundation (PHNCF) hosted their 9th annual Scholarship Ceremony on June 28th, where they awarded twelve recipients, totaling $29,500. The PHN Charitable Foundation brought students, families and community members to Park Inn by Radisson to honor the winners for pursuing careers in the medical field.

  • The EITC program was designed to encourage Pennsylvania organizations and businesses to partner in support of local communities. Contributions made under the EITC program help community organizations continue the valuable work they do.

    Enacted by the Pennsylvania Legislature in 2001, the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program authorizes tax credits for businesses that make contributions to educational improvement or scholarship organizations. Tax credits to eligible businesses contributing to a Scholarship Organization, an Educational Improvement Organization, and/or a Pre-Kindergarten Scholarship Organization...

  • The “American Dream Scholarship” is for any student that has ever faced an extreme obstacle in their life and in the wake of adversity prevailed! This scholarship was inspired by a courageous young woman name Nadya Walker, and her story.

  • Through Vehicles for Charity you are able to donate most any vehicle, including cars, trucks, boats, motorcycles and recreational vehicles (they do not have to be currently running). The process is quick, easy, and all donations are tax deductible.

  • “Music with a Mission” is a fundraiser that supports the Foundation’s Scholarship Program. Purchase a singling telegram for a special someone with different packages and prices.
